My wife my two kids and I are facing eviction utility shut off and our car needs a new battery to ball joints replaced so that I can be inspected.  I can't find a job without my car.  My wife only makes $11 an hour for 40 hours a week.  

In the last 3 years I've had toes amputated foot infection after foot infection and I've lost a leg due to my diabetes last December.  

Social security isn't accepting me for disability.  

I seek help to at least get my car fixed inspected and pay some of my bills that are behind.
