❤️Help Gary Receive Lifesaving Heart Surgery

My name is Gina, and I started this fundraiser for my dad, Gary. He urgently needs a third open-heart surgery: a valve transplant and an ascending aortic root repair.

Because of a birth defect, my dad has already endured two prior open-heart surgeries over the past 25 years and now lives with three pacemakers that he is 100% dependent on. This next surgery is especially high-risk due to scar tissue from his previous operations.

Thankfully, there is hope. Gary has been approved for a minimally invasive “keyhole” procedure—a safer alternative with excellent outcomes. The challenge is that the only hospital willing to perform this advanced surgery on a “redo patient” is Cromwell Hospital in London, England, under the care of world-renowned surgeon Dr. Birdie. Unfortunately, U.S. insurance will not cover surgery abroad.

Our family’s goal is to raise $80,000 to cover the operation and care expenses.
