***Back story- She is in her early 70’s has very little income after her late husband passed several years ago. I’m trying to help her get a loan on her house but the lender won’t do the loan without things being fixed before we can close the loan. Her furnace just broke and 2 companies told her it’s non-fixable and needs replaced. She has no heat right now. I took her some space heaters to help but house doesn’t get warmer than 55-58 degrees. This is also going to cause her elctric bill to sky rocketed. She is trying to stay warm. Her car just broke down so she has been having to ask neighbors for rides into town. Her car was towed to a shop in town but she doesn’t have the means to pay for it to get fixed. Her flooring needs replaced in her little house, she needs to have the trim painted on her house, the front and back deck need some repairs, and a few other things. I’m doing my best to help with what I can. I’m hoping there are some people out there that can help me help this special lady. She has zero family, no children, no siblings, no one to help her.
