Hello, my name is Dyane and I’m asking for help for my best friend who is the son of the elder at the church.

On May 10th, 2020, Rolnathan, aka Nate, had to have a kidney transplant after many years of dialysis. In April of 2024, Nate got very sick and started hallucinating, couldn’t eat, and all he would do is sleep and cry in his sleep. After doing this for 2 months, he was finally admitted to the local hospital where it took him 2 weeks to be stable enough to be transported to Cleveland Clinic.

There, we found out that his transplant failed and if he would’ve waited any longer, he would’ve died. So now, he is back on dialysis 3 times a week and has been having extremely bad pain in his left arm with limited use. They noticed that from the top of his neck to his T4 vertebrae is completely deteriorating. When they tried to do surgery, he coded on the table and had to be resuscitated for 33 minutes, and they could not do the surgery. Also, his arm has a horrible infection that they can’t get under control. And he has very limited access spots available for them to create an arteriovenous fistula (AV fistula). The doctors said if they cannot get something soon he does not have a very strong survival rate and he is only 57 years of age. And has to go back on the transplant list. We also would like to take him to get a second opinion to try to get rid of the infection so that they could create the AV fistula.

With all of this happening, he completely lost his business, Mr. Nate's LLC, which was an auto mechanic shop. Along with losing his business, he lost his home.
