The financial strain was crippling, and I was forced to take out numerous loans to afford a divorce lawyer, which ultimately led to my credit score dropping significantly.

Despite the setbacks, I've been tirelessly searching for a new job, determined to provide for my godkid and myself. Unfortunately, my current situation has left me with few options, and I'm facing a daunting task: paying my ex-partner their half of the equity in our home ($25,000) in just 90 days (court-ordered). This is not just a financial burden; it's a fight to keep the one thing that brings my family stability and comfort – our home.

I've explored every possible avenue to refinance or obtain a loan, but my poor credit score has shut those doors quickly.
