Central Church of Christ in Streator, Illinois has been a welcoming place of worship, discipleship, and community support for decades. This Christ-centered community exists to help people connect with Jesus, grow in their faith, and serve others both locally and globally.

Now, our church family is reaching out for support. We are raising $150,000 to address urgent building needs and strengthen ongoing ministries that serve our congregation and the broader Streator area.

These funds will be used for the following essential projects:

🛠️ 1. Building Repairs & Safety Upgrades – $50,000

Age and wear have caused leaks and structural concerns in portions of our facility. Repairing these issues now will protect the building and ensure a safe environment for all who worship, learn, and serve here.

❄️ 2. HVAC System Improvement – $35,000

Our heating and cooling systems need upgrading to provide year-round comfort and energy efficiency for services, classes, and community events.

🎤 3. Audio/Visual Enhancements – $25,000

Updating our sound and video systems will help ensure clear, high-quality worship experiences and strengthen our online ministry reach for those unable to attend in person.

👶 4. Children’s & Youth Ministry Spaces – $20,000

Our kids and teens are the future of the church. Updating classrooms and safety systems will help create an engaging, secure space for spiritual growth.

🤝 5. Outreach & Community Support – $20,000

Central Church of Christ is committed to serving beyond our walls — from food support and volunteer ministries to partnerships that meet real needs in Streator and beyond. These funds will help expand that work.
