Hello Everyone,

We are raising funds to help locate and rescue a missing baby from his noncustodial mother Araqa Miller.

A quick version of what is happening: in January 2023 missing baby Aldrich French was abducted at 6 months old by his noncustodial mother Araqa Miller. It is believed Araqa had been suffering from postpartum issues since having Aldrich and it was getting increasingly worse up to this point of abduction. Araqa currently has multiple warrants out for her arrest as well as ordered jail time with bond for hiding Aldrich away from the court systems and the police.

Aldrich was born August 7th, 2022 to his two loving parents Charles and Araqa. They lived happily in their Powell, OH home as Araqa wanted to move to this location from Massachusetts to have the baby. A little while after Aldrich was born, Charles had to return to MA for 3 weeks to finish out his work contract as a physician. It was during this time that Araqa started behaving strangely. She began lying to Charles about Aldrich's doctor appointments, stating that she took him when she didn't, saying he didn't need vaccinations, etc. There were other recorded strange behaviors including not bathing Aldrich unless it was with bottled water and not allowing anyone to see the baby unless it was her direct family. She was also getting increasingly scared to take him out in public (example: the store), and eventually wouldn't even take him in his stroller to the park. She began hiding Aldrich over FaceTime and phone calls over fear of its safety. During this time, Charles was getting increasingly worried for Araqa as well as his son, but he chalked it up to the stress of being a first time mom and decided to not push the issue further as to not upset his love.

This strange postpartum behavior escalated further in Dec/Jan when Araqa secretly took Charles' credit cards and began using them to buy gifts and other expensive items for her family members. In total, Araqa charged over $14,000 of expenses to Charles' cards. She gave one of his credit cards to her mother, who further charged multiple hundreds of dollars to it and had the items shipped to her family's home in Huber Heights, OH. When Charles asked about the charges, Araqa denied knowing anything about them.

It was also during this time that Araqa argued to Charles that Aldrich didn't need to get his vaccinations until his 6 month appointment (he hadn't had any to date). Charles stated that he wanted to be present for this appt, and Araqa ended up abducting Aldrich 6 days before the appt was scheduled. It is believed that despite being almost two years old, Aldrich still has not been to a doctor to receive any sort of care.

Charles tried countless times to reach out to Araqa to verify if she was okay and how they could navigate their breakup. Araqa blocked Charles on all social media/phone/email, etc. and instead sent him a written letter stating that she wanted to break up, he would never see Aldrich again, and if he were to look for them then she would post online everywhere that he was a child molester. This was an attempted blackmail to prevent Charles from seeking out custody of Aldrich.

This letter did not stop Charles from worrying about Aldrich and trying to find him and Araqa. Charles applied for (and was granted) full custody of Aldrich. He was granted this in July 2023 after Araqa showed up to be present for Aldrich's custody hearing. Aldrich was not present at this hearing. When Araqa realized that she had lost custody, she fled in a blonde wig, a change of clothes and a covid mask to avoid arrest. This was the last time Araqa has been seen by anyone despite having increased warrants out now. She has since filed many objections with the court systems to buy herself more time as a fugitive- all of these objections have been denied and Araqa continues to be on the run with no proof Aldrich is alive and well.

In August 2023, 2 weeks after losing custody and absconding from the courthouse, Araqa retaliated against Charles by reporting him to CPS under the guise he was a child molester and domestic abuser. These were the exact actions that Araqa threatened Charles with in her attempted blackmail letter. Charles had to be investigated by multiple child welfare agencies and police units regarding these claims. He was found innocent by all agencies. Araqa also reported Charles to the state medical board under the guise he was committing medicaid fraud and writing false prescriptions. This agency also found Charles innocent after their investigation.

Araqa continues to hide Aldrich away from the law. He will be two years old in August 2024, and nobody has seen him since he was 6 months old. Araqa has blatantly refused to provide even a picture to prove that Aldrich is alive to any law enforcement or juvenile court official since the time he was taken. This leads many to believe that Araqa hurt Aldrich (or even worse) and that is why she cannot provide proof of life and also why she refuses to come out of hiding.

Araqa's family members have admitted on police bodycam footage as well as on the stand under oath that they are helping her to hide so she won't get arrested. Araqa's grandmother Brenda Wisecup has an arrest warrant out for helping Araqa. Araqa's mother Kimberly Hammond has a Civil Stalking and Harassment Protection Order placed against her for admitting TO POLICE that she was openly stalking Charles and following him home from work to harass him for seeking out his own son.

There are multiple law enforcement agencies working this case currently. Aldrich is listed on the NCMEC website as a missing child (NCIC#M417433032) and Araqa has multiple arrest warrants out for abducting this poor baby and not providing him the care he needs. She has ordered jail time with bond.

Please help us rescue this baby. Any donations will go to PI costs as well as lawyer fees. We are also setting a $5000 reward for anyone who comes forth with information about Araqa/Aldrich's whereabouts, so this will contribute towards that.
