Hello! Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this!

My stepmother, Beverly Moessner Corcoran passed away suddenly on October 27th, while undergoing relatively routine surgery.  My father, her husband, is a disabled veteran and like many people in his situation, is balancing grief and shock with the time sensitive responsibilities of next of kin, and dealing with it alone.

 They lived together for the last decade in Las Vegas, + the few family that they have is all on the East Coast.   I'm struggling to find ways to help him during these days following her death before I can make it out there, and he Is not one to ask for help.  The VA will cover a some of it, but there's a lot of expenses that they don't cover, including the costs of cremation and misc other travel and bureaucratic expenses.

  I realize that most people reading this did not know Beverly, and a lot of you don't know my dad, but if you have the means and would like to help me make this period a little bit easier for him to navigate, it would be greatly appreciated. If you cannot donate, but can share this fundraiser, It would be equally appreciated.
