I need help for James ! James was awarded a  big contract in Dubai ! As he landed there and got into a taxis he realized that his bag with his wallet, all his cards, documents and passport had been stolen!! He was lucky enough  from help with me and friends to get his job started,! But now the government has stopped his job until the taxes on the land site are paid!  He needs to get the job started again, we are really looking for a loan or donations , we need 25000 dollars to get him going ! He does not have  acess to his bank account because he reportted all his cards stolen.The bank will not issue him new one unless he is there personally , but he cannot at this point leave the country to come back to the US! He has no means of support there ! Thank you
