Hello, my name is Amanda I am 37 years old. I work a full time job as a store manager. Unfortunately the job does not offer health insurance at the time and I am in dire need of some dental work! I have applied for state Medicaid but again unfortunately I do not qualify as they state I make too much money. I only make 16 dollars an hour and after bills are paid there is nothing left to save up to get the dental work that I so desperately need. The funds that I raise will be used to surgically extract the last 6 teeth I have on the top of my mouth as well as remove my wisdom teeth that are impacted sideways. And finally get a full top denture made, which that alone is around $1,000 dollars itself. I am looking to raise the funds as soon as possibly as everyday my mouth is in much discomfort and pain. If I am able to raise the funds it would mean so much to me. To be able to eat foods I haven't been able to eat in years, to not always be in pain and suffering, to be able to have a confident smile again! I would be so grateful for everyone who can help me achieve this dream that I have!
