On November 12, 2025 Kim was diagnosed with Stage IV, triple negative, IDC, metastatic breast cancer which changed the lives of Scott and Kim King. Surgery was not an option instead, the oncologist opted for a chemotherapy/immunotherapy treatment. Kim has gone through 18 treatments.  The current treatment has stopped working therefore she will start a new chemo regimen next week as her fight continues.

Kim is facing an intensive treatment plan and is not able to work. Scott is working all that he can however medical and daily living expenses are mounting quickly. Kim’s Oncologist Team wanting to move forward quickly and insurance approvals and denials slowing down the process. There are out of pocket costs, Kim’s daily diet change not to mention her day to day needs with her diagnosis.

We hope to raise funds to help cover some of these costs, allowing Kim and Scott to focus on Kim’s fight and recovery without the worry of the full financial burden.
