So, for this who know me, know I HATE asking for help. This ask is made easier knowing it’s for my baby girl. She is having gallbladder issues, and gallbladder removal surgery as I type this. This girl works tirelessly and is super underpaid for her knowledge, experience and dedication she has for saving our animals. She barely makes ends meet, and she is now faced with surgery she cannot put off. She has insurance but there are co-pays she has to meet. Plus, she is supposed to take 1-2 weeks off to recover but only has 2 days of PTO. I have seen her work in pain and/or illness before because she couldn’t afford a day off. We would normally have taken care of everything ourselves, however, things are tight with us as well since the real estate market has tanked (lowest activity in 30 years according to experts)!

So, calling on friends and family to help contribute to her medical and recuperation expenses so she can relax and heal vs. rushing to get back to work too early because she’s worried about taking unpaid time off.
