My name is Michael Rowland I'm 65 years old and I was diagnosed in September of 2024 with Pulmonary Fibrosis Terminal Lung Disease and interstitial Lung Disease 🫁,  My life has changed from this type of lung disease, I can no longer do the things I once did, I've been placed on oxygen for the rest of my life, I have ended up with bedsores because of not able to get up and walk to the bathroom less then 10 feet away from my bed without my oxygen level drops in the lower 60's and I almost pass out from not getting enough oxygen to my lungs. 

I don't smoke cigarettes or chew tobacco or dip stuff or drink alcohol of any kind and I don't drink coffee or tea. And I was misdiagnosed back in 2021 with the doctor said I had Pneumonia , But I had Pulmonary Fibrosis the beginning of this lung disease. 

I've been hospitalized 6 times since August 5th of 2024, And I'm still not getting the treatment for my breathing issues, My lung doctor made me an appointment in Atlanta Georgia on April 4th at Emory Hospital with a lung specialist to hopefully be able to treat my condition. 

I've been trying to get help with my medical expenses and for gas to and from the doctors and my co payments and I've been trying to get the portable oxygen machine so I can use it for my trips to the doctors and if I'm able enough to visit my family members I wouldn't have to worry about running out of oxygen from the small bottles I have to use. 

Please help with anything I have been using my disability check for the items I can only afford to get.
