Hello everyone, My name is Kiana Bongiovanni. I hope you all are doing well. I am going through a very tough time recently as I have lost my job due to my recurrent health issues. In 2023, I was rushed to the ER with a 106.2 fever, and excruciating stomach pain. I had been going to the doctor for stomach issues and other ailments for years, with only a diagnosis of IBS. Turns out my gallbladder was septic, and I needed emergency removal surgery. I was supposed to be on my mothers' Medicaid until the age of 26, but I was removed 2 months prior with no notice. Last month I just finished making payments on my medical bills but it has put me into credit card debt. My health improved for about a year, and now I am facing complications from the surgery such as excessive nausea after eating, as well as vertigo, near fainting, chest pains, heart palpitations/gurgling, mysterious rashes, and fatigue that all comes and goes. I have not been to the doctor since I do not have health insurance. I was working as an Assistant Grocery Manager, and I had to put my health first until I can get sorted what is really going on with me. I've been searching for a less-demanding job on my body, but still have not had success. I am not eligible for government assistance or unemployment as far as I know. This is causing me to have and eviction filed against me for late rent, as I still have not got enough funds coming to prevent it. I am 22 years old, living on my own with my kitty, with no friends or family support. I have been donating plasma, contacting all rental assistance agencies in my area (all out of funds), churches, applied for several loans which keep getting denied, I feel like I've done almost everything I can. I even withdrew my 401k, which only amounted to 40% of my contributions after taxes and fees.  I will not lose hope and I know there has got to be a way. My boy Zushi (pictured below) broke his leg a few weeks ago, and he had to have emergency leg amputation. I am trying my best to make ends meet since March, but I am still falling behind. I have court July 7, and I have to have the complete funds or Zushi and I will have to leave. I will not have any where to go. I completely understand if you can't donate, the price of everything has skyrocketed so fast making it hard on all of us. Thank you if you have read this far. Please keep us in your prayers<3
