Frankie the guy on left is my fiancee. He has already died twice and only has 5 percent of heart working. He needs a heart transplant or mechanical heart and only has medicade. We live on disability and barely get by. I can't go on without him if he dies, he's all I have and I love him with all my heart. I would be so grateful for any help we can get. His life depends on it and need it ASAP. We will be getting an appointment at Emory in Atlanta any day and I need help with being able to stay down there with him as we have nothing. Please help me to save his life
