Kendal is a 37 year old young Man.Who is known for a very kind heart,strength and love for his family and friends.Kendal has always been the type of person to help others, and now he is the one who in need of help.

recently Kendal was diagnosed with severe heart and kidney failure and has been told that  a heart and kidney transplant is the best option for a chance at survival. But Kendal continues to fight every day with courage and determination.

Due to Kendal conditions. And wearing A Life vest for 24 hours a day in case his heart should stop. Kendal has been unable to work and faces ongoing hospital visits, treatments, medications, and the long process of  preparing for transplant surgery. The financial burden from medical bill, transportation to appointments and recovery expenses is overwhelming for his wife and family.
