Hi everyone! Most of you know that on Feb 21st, Jade underwent rib resection surgery to treat venous thoracic outlet syndrome. This was a pretty complex surgery, involving removal of the entire 1st rib and muscles, resulting in a 5 day post operative stay. Jade‘s surgery went well and she is home, but this is where I am reaching out to ask for a little help on her behalf. She is out of work for a month for recovery time and unfortunately has not been at her new place of employment long enough to have qualified for FMLA or short term disability, resulting in solely using the small amount of PTO to get through the first few days of her leave. Her husband, Victor, is fortunate enough to be able to take FMLA and be with her, as she is very limited in what she is able to do on her own.

 This does mean that income and earnings are impacted for the next several weeks. Any help that can be offered to assist with groceries, meals, bills etc that accrue over the upcoming month would bless them greatly.
