Earlier this summer, our beloved friend Sherry Jackson received devastating news. Cancer was found on her kidney, liver, and lung. 

Since then, her life has been a constant cycle of doctor visits, hospital stays, and procedures. For the last three months, Sherry has been in and out of the hospital and now requires thoracentesis every day or every other day just to keep her lung from filling with fluid.

Through all of this, Sherry continues to face each day with strength, grace, and that beautiful spirit everyone loves about her; however, the medical bills are piling up quickly. With ongoing oncologist appointments, hospitalizations, home health care, and countless procedures, the cost has become overwhelming. Living on a fixed income has made it even more challenging for the Jackson family to keep up.

Sherry is a fabulous mother, cherished friend, and deeply loved member of her community. Right now, she and her family need support more than ever. Any amount — big or small — will help ease the financial burden and allow them to focus on what matters most: Sherry’s care, comfort, and healing.
