I'm 45 years old back in January 2015 I had a heart attack ever since then I've been in and out of the hospital I had a defibrillator placed a sixpence form blasians and in and out of the hospital having major setback I'm basically asking for help with co-payments medications rides those are the main reasons why I'm asking for help to get me back and forth to my appointments I also collect disability I'm just asking it for help any little will help me get through my journey
