I’m not the type of person to ask for help like this, especially with financial issues, but my boyfriend and I have been living together with his parents for quite some time now, and we’re pretty much at our limit with everything. We are both adults, and both have full time jobs but are barely making enough to get by. His parents only buy food once every two weeks, and usually everything is gone within 2-3 days. They don’t clean, there’s dog poop and piss all over the house, the walls are starting to mold in some parts, which has made me start to get really sick, there’s barely ever dishes or food, the trash is always full and there‘s trash pretty much everywhere, sometimes we go without toilet paper, and shower essentials for days on end. Every night my boyfriend and I have to Doordash just so we can get a meal (and it’s like that every meal.) We are also a little in debt because of not having enough money to pay for things like food, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We have 3 cats, which makes the situation worse. They have the basement to roam around in, which isn‘t a good thing. It’s just as gross down there, maybe even worse. So they are pretty much confined to our 1 small room.  All we want is enough to pay off our debt and let us at least move into a space of our own, and we want space for our fur babies, because not only is the environment we’re living in not safe, but we’re also trying to conceive. It’s everything we’ve ever wanted, and we can’t make any of that happen unless we get our debt paid off and move out of the house we are in. Anything helps. All we want is to live in a healthy environment. We hate to ask for help, but this is urgent. We are starting to get sick, and our cats need more space. We’ve been trying for months to resolve this with barely any change, so we have no other options. All funds will go to our debt being paid off, an apartments lease(this includes our first months rent, apartment application fees, etc.), medical expenses, and food in the meantime. If we just so happen to go overboard with funds, any extra money will be donated to The Salvation Army, and any local animal shelters we can find. Like I said, anything helps.
