As you all know, our family is going through a challenging time. As of last month we are officially divorced.. My former husband is staying in the  house  the kids were raised in but that leaves me with nowhere to go with my kids when I have them in my care . Luckily, I have found a house I want to purchase for the family, But today’s housing market is extremely unaffordable, and the rates are insanely high. Despite that, I was conditionally approved for a reasonable house. It has taken a lot of sweat, tears, and sleepless nights to get to this point, but unfortunately, I fall short by just a little bit  compared to what I already have raised and saved to put towards this house. 
 

i just need to raise a little more to help with the final costs to meet All the conditions. We are really so far in this process and so close and it would be so Devastating if I can’t obtain this house for my family and we really really appreciate your help!
