Greetings,

My Husband is 80 yrs. and has been suffering with Alzheimer's  disease 🦠 for the past year with 0 short term memory left. Robert remembers the past and myself his wife of 27 yrs. Roberts has been in and out of the Hospital the past 6 months and is n in Rehab with memory care and physical therapy to strengthen his body so he can come home. I also have health problems and its had a detrimental financial toll on our lives I need to pay the rent its behind 15 days I have a meeting Tuesday 16th trying to bring Robert home., with his case manager from North Brook rehabilitation nursing home. I have also been in the hospital with a GI Bleed thats now better and healing and I have been released and found put I have stage 3 Kidney Disease. Its a lot to take it at once, we are in great need fast. Thank you 🙏🏼
