Well I am not sure what to share except this morning I woke up and this hiatal hernia I've had I've been managing pretty well but somehow made it worse by coughing from being sick. I feel bad for even being here asking for help. Went from working 40hr weeks last year to barley being able to pull 4hrs a day 4 days a week this year.
