Thomas is a hard working older father who has done the same type of work his whole life. He has worked construction for over 35 years. He can't afford to retire and desperately needs a hip replacement. Even though his type of work has taken a toll on his body and his own doctor says his bad hip is caused from his job, L&I will not cover his medical. He didn't want paid from L&I he just wants to be able to work every day. He can not handle the pain much longer. He is the sole supporter in the house and without him working there is no income. All he needs is help with the hospital co-pays to get his hip replacement that he has been desperately needing for over a year. He to s a 57 year old man who needs someone to hear his prayers and help out his whole family in the Process. He has a 14 year old son at home who depends on him every day.
