I will be useing the money for my mortgage I have a private mortgage and my 5 year term is up  and was paying 477 and now the same private person want to raise it to almost 800 I can't afford that with my bills would really love a helping hand I really don't want to have to sell everything I have to pay it I don't even have money to finsh the place it doesn't even have sheetrock on most of the walls we lived in a trailer all our life and aways wanted a bigger place and now we have it and might lose it
