This fundraiser was started to help raise funds for my father-in-law, Lonnie Scott's cremation. Lonnie died unexpectedly on January 11th in Michigan. While Lonnie didn't have many worldly possessions, he was a good man and would help anyone with anything.

Given Lonnie's sudden passing we are struggling to cover the cost of cremation which will cost approximately $4,000. We were told all funeral cost needed to be paid by the end of January, 2024. Since we are not financially able to come up with that amount of money so quickly we hoped a GoFundMe would help us.
