My name is Jerry and most importantly I'm a human being just trying to live his life the right way. I'm not perfect. I have Congestive Heart Failure and recently was told I have 6 to 12 months to live and have been told it could be terminal. . I have Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, CKD stage 3, diabetes type 2. this has been the toughest fight of my life. I'm consistently in pain daily. fast heart rate, palpitations, insomnia, bloating, and much more. I'm in End stage heart failure. I'm not giving up, but I need your help.
