This fundraiser is to raise money to cover the costs of my cousin, Jaclyn Torres-Perez, funeral and memorial.
She was a loving, thoughful and kind person and very generous.
She leaves behind children and grandchildren, her mother, two older sisters and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Please help her children pay for the funeral and memorial costs and services.
