James Millus is a 53 year old man who was enjoying life until September 2023.  He had a house, a couple of cars and a motorcycle and life was good.  Then in the month of September 2023, he lost his job because of missing time at work due to medical problems and suffering from severe sleep apnea.  In that month, due to the stress and anxiety he was suffering from, he developed a severe case of shingles that attacked his head and left eye. The first trip to the ER had the doctor misdiagnose the medical condition and provided no relief. He continued to suffer for several days until he took a second trip to a different ER where his medical condition was properly diagnosed. 

Over the next several months, James continued to suffer from the effects of the shingles attack and ultimately suffered a stroke, resulting in his right eye turning permanently sideways.  He also now has continuing balance problems and will be undergoing a nerve procedure on his back and the other side in the coming weeks. Because of this, his back is messed up too. His sleep apnea which they think is narcolepsy has him falling asleep standing up. The effects of this have resulted in his losing his job, home, cars and he has moved in to live with a friend where he sleeps on the floor.

Being unable to drive, but seeking to get on with his life, James has found part-time employment as a telemarketer where he is able to work from home; BUT, he needs your Helping Hand to get back on his feet and be able to find as apartment to live in, pay-off medical bills and rebuild his life.
