On the early morning of Monday, November 10th, 2025, our dear friend Isaac Busee lost his beloved mother, Janet Busee, who passed away suddenly after a brief illness. Her passing came as a shock to everyone who knew and loved her.

Janet was a devoted wife to Nashon Busee and the proud mother of seven children — two daughters and five sons — whose lives she shaped with love, grace, and strength. Her warmth, generosity, and faith left a lasting mark on all who knew her.

Isaac, the only one of his siblings living in the U.S., is now preparing to travel home to Tanzania to be with his family and help with funeral arrangements. The ongoing civil unrest surrounding the Tanzanian elections has made travel and logistics back home more complicated, adding to the emotional and financial strain of this difficult moment.

We’re coming together as Isaac’s friends and extended family to support him and help ease some of the financial burden related to travel and funeral expenses, allowing him and his loved ones the space to grieve and honor his mother’s life and legacy.
