Update

Hey Folks- We have had a few appointments since surgery and have been given the approval to start Chemo. My first infusion was today and all went well, they sent me home with a pump that will continue to administer the chemo drugs for the next 46 hours and then we can remove the pump until the next round. We will be doing 12 rounds of this over the next 6 months. I have been feeling pretty well the past couple weeks and even got a week in without physical restrictions from the doc's so I actually got to touch race cars!!!! Hopefully the side effects from the Chemo are minimal but only time will tell. I will be off work for at least another 3 weeks if my body tolerates the chemo well. Thank you to everyone who has reached out with donations, meals, race car help, and check ins for us. It means the world to us to have such an amazing support network. the word friends just does not do it justice, you are all FAMILY to us. The bills continue to come in and the money is going out faster than its coming in with all the missed time at work so please support the fundraiser if you are able, anything helps!!
