This appeal for medical support is from Muthoni Mwangi a single mother to Joan Nyokabi Muigai a student at  Kitengela Girls Secondary School. Joan right leg started swelling at the calf last year in February with a lot of pain that she started missing classes. Since then, we have attended hospitals in Kitengela, Nairobi west and Kenyatta for diagnosis but treatment has not been done. So, Joan now lives on painkillers and sometime the pain is too much she gets a blackout. Now Kenyatta Hospital has recommended that a DAS be done at Nairobi West Hospital followed by an operation all at a cost of about Kenya shillings four hundred and fifty thousand (Ksh. 450000). As a single mother this amount of money is too much for me.

Thus, I appeal to well-wishers to support me to raise this money to enable my daughter to be treated so that she can pursue her education pain free. This disease has also exhausted my money.
