As a child one of our biggest fears is the day we have to lay our parents to rest. It's an emptiness no one can ever prepare for. I (Ja’Nay Brown 19 years old), Aleeya Browner (12 years old), and Earnest Willis III (17 years old) lost our mother Monday December 16, 2024. Joshalyn Brown was one of a kind and she was very loved. A mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and a friend. This woman was truly amazing, always protecting the people she loved and being a listening ear. She touched so many people and we will miss sharing all the sunlight and laughter with her.
