As you all may know, Kristen & Dillon’s dad, Tim, passed away in March. But what you might not know is that his new wife (of only a year) has been very shady and cruel throughout his time in the hospital and after his passing. She banned Kristen & Dillon from seeing their dad while he was in the hospital and refused to include them in his funeral or give them any of his sentimental belongings. His wife also refused to let his brother, Terry, donate part of his liver which could have ultimately saved his life. It’s a very sad and extremely hard situation to endure for our family. At this time, the police have an open & ongoing investigation for elder abuse. We believe Tim’s wife stole his property & assets and abused him until he passed away. Kristen has spent almost $20,000 this year trying to sue his wife and get the evidence needed to charge her with wrongful death, elder abuse, fraud, false allegations, & the crimes go on & on. Kristen recently hired a handwriting specialist who determined that the Power of Attorney and Will are not Tim’s handwriting, initials, or signature and the documents are forged. Kristen & Dillon will continue to fight for justice for their father, but it’s going to cost more than $100,000 to go to trial. They are asking for any donations to help with legal fees to hopefully have this lady criminally charged! From the bottom of our hearts, the entire Murphy family thanks you!
