Mr. Keith Allen Russell is an Veteran of the United States Marine. He is located in Durham N.C. He passed on March 2, 2024 in his sleep. Mr. Allen has no family members around. He spent 5 months in the VA hospital in Durham NC due to the amputation of his right leg.
After his release from the VA hospital, I just couldn't see him out on the streets. I have tried to find money for his services, but has had no luck.
