I'm a 74 year old man who is retired, but I do have a part job driving. My wife can't work because she has cancer. Medicare only pays after I meet my deductible of $3500. I only make $14,000 a year and can barely afford living expenses. So I'm reaching out to whoever can help. Thank you.
