About this fundraiser

On Tuesday December 26th Bryan had to be rushed to the hospital. He had lost all feeling in his legs. His vitals weren’t good so Kimberly had them take him to the closes hospital possible. Which was St. Vincent’s North. Upon arriving at St Vincent’s they were able to get him stable and found 2 clots in his right leg. They weren’t able to complete the removal of the clots so Bryan had to be transferred to UAMS for emergency surgery as his right leg was 95% blocked. Once they arrived at UAMS they immediately started doing test and by 11:30 Tuesday night they had Bryan in surgery to remove a clot from his groin and another from his right knee. Surgery took about 2 in a half hours. Upon surgery the doctor informed them that Bryan has some major things going on and they wanted to do testing to figure it out. On Wednesday they started running test. They did a CT Scan and that afternoon they did an echo on his heart. The echo showed a clot in his heart that was bouncing around. They ordered a heart catheter for Thursday morning and we quickly got the report that he had multiple clots in his right ventricle as well as one in his left and he needed emergency surgery. On Friday Bryan had open heart surgery to remove the clot from his heart, they bypassed his right ventricle and they found that it was a tumor in his left ventricle. They have sent the tumor off to pathology for more testing. Bryan will have to have lots more testing done to figure out why he is clotting so bad. His recovery time is estimated between 6-8 weeks.  He is unable to work during this time and he has a long road ahead.  I’m sure you all know that bills don’t stop just because an emergency happens.  If you are able too please donate, share, and continue to pray.  All donations will go directly towards medical bills and living expenses in hopes to lessen Bryan and Kimberly’s financial stress since Bryan will be out of work.
