Dear friends and family,

since Leo’s accident in January, he has been through a lot of pain, unsuccessful physical therapy, and ultimately inability to extend his left elbow. As a result, Leo has not been able to regain his full quality of life: He is not allowed to go back on the tennis court and has not been able to return to a regular teenage life.

We are looking to have a second round of surgery abroad (We cannot afford a surgery in the U.S. as we are already facing enormous emergency medical bills with a local hospital due to the accident).  We have found a solution that will give him the opportunity to recover fully within the next 2-3 months.
