Milton is a 51 year old husband, father and truck driver from Jay, Fl. On Jan 20th he went to the ER with chest pains They done a heart cath and found he has Coronary Artery Disease. On Jan 22nd Milton had On-Pump Triple Bypass surgery. After the surgery his hearts EF function is only 35%, when it should be 50-70%. He was released from the hospital on Jan 28th with a LiveVest that monitors his heart 24 hours a day. It also has a built in defibrillator so that if he has a cardiac event it will shock his heart back to a safe rhythm and give us time to get him to medical professionals. He will wear this for 3 months then the Dr will decide if he needs a permanent device, continue to wear the LifeVest or if he is ok to return to work. 

Milton and his wife have applied for food stamps and medicaid, however, their is a waiting period. when he sees his doctor they will discuss disability. At the moment Milton's family has gone family has gone from having a steady income to zero income and the bills have not stopped pilling up.
