I don’t usually ask for help like this, but right now our family truly needs a village.
My daughter-in-law is in urgent need of gallbladder surgery, and without insurance, the out-of-pocket cost is $6,500. Like so many families, they fall into that difficult space, they don’t qualify for Medicaid, but health insurance is simply out of reach financially.
If you know her, you know her heart. She works TWO jobs helping others, all while caring for their sweet son who is autistic and needs a great deal of love, time, and attention. On top of that, she still finds time to volunteer regularly at her church. She gives so much of herself every single day.
My son is working tirelessly as a business owner, doing everything he can to provide for his family, but this is just more than they can carry alone right now.
We are asking, if you are able, to “Give a Hand.” No amount is too small, truly. And if giving isn’t possible, sharing this post means just as much to us.
Let’s come together and lift this burden so she can get the care she needs and get back to doing what she does best, loving and serving others.
