Hello my name is Kurtis .

About a year ago I found out I had a rare type of eye cancer . They had to

.remove the spot on my eye it had caused me to lose vision on the right eye .it damaged the cornea . I then had to do chemo drops .on the 4th round of them it caused me to lose vision in my left eye .

All this of course was a ripple effect to my life .I lost my job my house . Yes I will get disability but until then I'm living in a homeless shelter .I'm in need of help to get on my feet ..Being able to see for the last 44 yrs and then to go blind I can't even put into words what I'm going thru .

If you cld find it in your heart to help me .I wld forever be thankful .
