Hello! I am raising money to help with medical costs that are not covered by my health insurance, plus the cost of the trip. I have to travel to Louisville for my 1st initial appointment. I am on disability, and cannot afford these costs financially. I have tried to get a loan but was not successful. Your contribution will help me in my journey in saving my life. I have chronic kidney disease and in stage 3 renal failure. I have to have Gatric Bypass surgery in order to save my life in hopes of reversing this disease. My last weigh in I lost 7.5bls and currently weigh 333.4. I hope to have my 1st appointment by the end of August. Thank you for your support and prayers! God bless!
