Maciyah, a young and talented up and coming hairstylist, graduated from The Milan Institute of Cosmetology. Upon graduation, she received her Cosmetology License from the State of California. Shortly after receiving her License, Maciyah joined the Hair Sophistication Salon team. She began her career journey extremely motivated and ready to take the cosmetology industry by storm! Her charisma, determination and professionalism won over the hearts of clients as well as her industry peers . Maciyah was a true hustler! Her passion for hair and helping others placed her on a fast track, where she immediately began to build a stable clientele within one month.

She moved, worked and had the mindset of a true Boss! Maciyah was so confident in her craft that when our lead Braider/ Loctician went out on disability, she was able to step in and take charge with no disruption to the client experience. She led this area of the business for over two months, gaining her stardom and launching her independent career!

The sudden loss of Maciyah has not only devastated her family, but her Salon Team and clients as Well! On behalf of Hair Sophistication Salon & community we would love to send her family a monetary gift showing our love, support,and appreciation for a beautiful life that was cut short.

We are asking all who are able to please donate whatever you can. All money raised will be sent directly to her mother to help with the costs associated with her death. The Hair Sophistication Team will be the first to donate in the amount of $1,300.
