I was in a car accident a while ago and was seriously Injured. My face hit the steering wheel and shattered my teeth, I also had internal injuries and was in the hospital for a while. I was never able to fix the damage to my teeth and now it has gotten exponentially worse. The situation worsened and there is so much pain. 

I was quoted nearly $24,000 to get the work needed to fix this mess. I am seeking half so atleast maybe I can start on just the top arch, atleast maybe if I have a boost to get started, the second arch won't be as unobtainable. 

I am happy to provide images and documentation to anyone who asks. I am desperate.
