I really don’t like to ask for help but the time has come. My husband is in very poor health and is deteriorating quickly.  He has congestive heart failure, in remission for rectal cancer, and just recently found out his kidneys have completely stopped working and he is currently receiving dialysis 3x a week.  He is to the point he can’t hardly walk, get up from a sitting position , and has been falling a lot.  He can no longer do the simplest tasks.  My heart is breaking for him, seeing him in so much pain and knowing there is nothing I can do. I know in my heart that I am not going to have him much longer   I have the only income but whenever I have to take off work to take him to appointments or to just take care of him, I don’t get paid FMLA.  I am needing to get my rent and electric caught up.
