Hi, my name is María, I'm 26 years old . With hope in my heart, but also a lot of vulnerability, I’m sharing something deeply personal: I’m facing a serious health challenge and I need your help.

Recently, after several medical exams, I was diagnosed with a 45 mm cyst on my right ovary. It’s growing quickly and causing constant pain. Doctors have told me that I need urgent surgery to remove it. I can’t receive hormonal treatment, and if the surgery is delayed, there’s a high risk of ovarian torsion or even losing the ovary entirely.

But beyond the physical pain, this diagnosis has shaken something much deeper inside me…

I’ve always dreamed of becoming a mother. It’s a hope that has lived in me for as long as I can remember. Today, that dream is at risk of slipping away if I can’t get the care I need in time. This surgery wouldn’t just protect my health—it would protect my chance to one day have a family.

The hardest part is that I don’t have health insurance, and covering all the costs is completely out of reach. I’m working and doing everything I can, but I can’t do this alone.
