Hello, my son was in a motorcycle accident and broke his femur. Thankfully he was wearing his helmet or this would be a totally different situation. He is a young man so recovery is hopeful with many many months of physical therapy. The healing process for a broken femur is not a quick one. He will be unable to work for quite awhile.
