Hello, my name is Amber. i was diagnosed with MS. With the rapid progression, I am looking to have some adaptations added to my truck for wheelchair use. I have qualified for a few grants, but still have a significant amount of out of pocket cost. This would mean the world to me to be able to have completed, as it will aid in staying as self sufficient as possible. Thank you so much.
