Help Melody Fight Against Drug-Resistant Infections

Hi everyone,

As many of you know, my sweet Melody has been through more than anyone should ever have to endure. Over the past could have months, she has bravely undergone 67 surgeries and countless hospitalizations, battling ongoing infections and unimaginable pain. Despite everything, her spirit remains strong and her will to live is even stronger.

Recently, we received heartbreaking news. Doctors have confirmed that drug-resistant infections are the main cause behind her declining quality of life. These infections are not only keeping her in and out of the hospital, but they are also threatening her future. Traditional treatments are no longer enough, and it has become clear that we need to seek specialized care elsewhere — care that comes with significant costs I cannot cover alone.

I am now reaching out to you, my friends, family, and community, to ask for help. Funds raised will go directly toward:

• Specialized medical treatment at a facility equipped to handle her complex infections
• Travel expenses for Melody and a caregiver
• Medications, therapies, and any necessary hospital stays
