It pains us to announce the unexpected loss of Dalfinne Lassiter-Lee on February 13, 2025, who succumbed to her illness. Dalfinne leaves behind her loving husband, Carl Lee, Sr., her children Lauren D. Armour, Quincy E. Armour, Riella Azul, and Carl Lee Jr., and joins her daughter, Donna Alexander, in eternal peace. She was a mother, a friend, a wife, and “a confidant to some, stubborn to others,” but above all, she was deeply cared about. It's funny how life can shift in a moment, reminding us how fragile and precious each breath truly is.
Our hearts are heavy with this unexpected turn of events. As we navigate this difficult time, we seek help from family and friends who hold a special place in their hearts for Dalfinne. Unfortunately, we must take the necessary steps to raise funding to handle all arrangements. We are reaching out to our community to help us honor Dalfinne's memory. I’ve learned that sometimes, even the strongest among us need a little bit of help to make it through life’s unexpected storms, “and a little bit goes a long way”.
The funds raised will go towards covering the costs of cremation and a memorial service befitting her beautiful spirit. We want to ensure that we can celebrate her life in a way that truly reflects the impact she had on all of us. Her life was certainly captivating, always standing firm, a source of unwavering love, and someone who always knew how to bring a smile to your face, even when you didn't think it was possible. “To know her was to love her”, and the world is a little dimmer without her light.
We understand that times are tough for many, and any contribution, no matter the size, will be deeply appreciated. If you are unable to donate, we kindly ask that you share this fundraiser with your network. Spreading the word can make a significant difference in helping us reach our goal. Because in moments like these, when dealing with the loss of loved ones, everything seems like a chaotic hamster wheel, and the simple hope is to honor the person appropriately and with dignity.
We aim to raise money in memory of our loved one, and with your help, we can give Dalfinne the memorial she deserves. I’ve come to understand that "Love Heals the Pain," and we are so grateful for the outpouring of love we have already received. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support, your love, and your generosity during this incredibly challenging time. We seek to honor her memory and provide a space for all those who loved her to say their goodbyes.
